At GarageBuddy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workshop upgrades, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unassembled products. If your gear isn't the right fit for your space, we are committed to making the exchange process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your GarageBuddy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger equipment.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
