Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For oversized items like workbenches or storage cabinets, we use specialized freight carriers which may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Currently, GarageBuddy provides detailed DIY assembly guides and video tutorials for all products. We do not offer direct installation, but our support team is available to assist you via phone if you hit a snag.
What is your return policy for floor mats and shelving?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-cut flooring may be subject to a restocking fee.
